Accounting Manager

PTL Holding Company Limited is a diversified holding group with a growing portfolio of businesses across Laos. As the company continues to expand, it requires strong financial leadership to maintain the integrity of its accounts and support sound decision-making at every level of the organization.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the accounting function, overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Lao tax regulations. You will manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, liaise with external auditors during annual audits, and ensure that internal controls are robust and consistently applied across the group.

Credit control will also fall within your remit. You will monitor receivables, manage credit risk, and work closely with operational teams to ensure that collection processes run efficiently and that the company's cash position remains healthy.

You will lead and develop a small accounting team, setting clear expectations, reviewing their work, and building their technical capabilities over time. The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues and senior management will be just as important as your technical expertise.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant accounting qualification and brings solid experience across taxation, audit, and general accounting in a structured business environment. Familiarity with Lao accounting standards and tax law is essential.
