At Tan Chong Motor (Lao) Co., LTD, you will ensure our operations run smoothly by managing both administrative functions and procurement needs. This role sits at the heart of our supply chain, where you will source and purchase essential materials—from industrial and garment components to household items—while coordinating with internal teams to maintain inventory levels and supplier relationships. Your day-to-day will involve processing purchase requests, negotiating with vendors to secure the best terms, and maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries. You will also handle general office administration, such as filing, correspondence, and supporting day-to-day facility needs, ensuring that every department has the resources it requires to perform at its best. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in merchandising or purchasing within industrial, garment, or household sectors. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly with both Thai and Lao speaking suppliers and colleagues.
