Lao Coca-Cola Bottling Company Limited is seeking an Application Support Officer to ensure the smooth operation of the critical software systems that power our production, sales, and administrative functions. In this role, you will directly support the daily availability and performance of business applications used across the company, enabling teams to maintain efficiency and focus on delivering quality products to the market. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring application health, troubleshooting technical issues reported by users, and coordinating with internal IT teams or external vendors to resolve system faults promptly. You will also assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrade of software applications, as well as maintain accurate documentation for issue resolution and system changes. We are looking for someone with a background in Information Technology and a solid foundation in IT support. You should be comfortable working with various software platforms, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues. Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
