To ensure the highest standards of financial accountability, Plan International is seeking a qualified and independent audit firm to conduct a formal financial audit of this project.

The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the financial records, transactions, and reporting associated with the My Body My Future 2 project in accordance with applicable auditing standards and donor requirements. This includes examining expenditure documentation, internal controls, and compliance with Plan International's financial policies and relevant regulatory frameworks. The audit must produce a clear, evidence-based report that provides stakeholders with confidence in how project funds have been managed.

Firms expressing interest should have demonstrated experience conducting audits for international NGOs or donor-funded development projects, ideally within the Lao PDR context. A strong understanding of international financial reporting standards, as well as familiarity with the expectations of international development donors, is essential. The firm must operate with complete independence from Plan International and the project activities being reviewed.

Proposals will be evaluated on the firm's technical capacity, relevant experience, professional qualifications of the audit team, and the overall cost and methodology presented.
