Brewing & Processing Support Specialist

As a Brewing and Processing Support Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in keeping production running smoothly, reliably, and to the quality standards that LBC's reputation depends on.

In this role, you will support the brewing and processing teams across various stages of production, from raw material handling through to finished product. You will assist with monitoring equipment performance, carrying out routine checks, and helping to identify and resolve issues before they affect output or quality. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a steady working pace are essential in this environment.

You will work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors, following established procedures and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement on the production floor. Good communication within the team is important, as is a willingness to learn the technical aspects of brewing operations over time.
