Job Overview TEAM YES is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will gather complex requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, structured documentation for our engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead Requirements Gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals. Analyze and map business processes, identifying gaps and suggesting efficient digital workflows. Produce comprehensive project Documentation , including User Stories, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, and workflow diagrams. Work alongside Project Managers to help prioritize product backlogs. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets the defined business requirements. Requirements & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or product owner in the tech industry. Exceptional skills in Requirements Gathering and business process mapping. Proven expertise in technical Documentation and writing clear user stories. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
