Key Responsibilities : Human Resource (HR): Lead development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems Oversee workforce planning, recruitment & selection, Performance management system, Salary structure, grading, and benchmarking, Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, Employee engagement and retention programs Ensure compliance with Lao Labor Law and HR best practices Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters Drive organizational development (OD) and change management initiatives  Administration: Oversee all administrative operations and facility management Manage office facilities, utilities, and workplace environment, company assets and inventory control, Board of Directors and Management meetings (coordination and documentation) & Vendor and service provider contracts Ensure effective documentation, record keeping, and internal controls Manage departmental budget, cost control, and operational efficiency Lead all procurement activities ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance and audit requirements and Lao legal and regulatory requirements   IT & System: Lead the IT function to support business operations and transformation Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations, Business applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS) and system integration; and IT security, data protection, and risk management Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making Ensure IT governance aligns with Toyota Group standards and company policies Collaborate with departments to implement technology solutions   Required knowledge and skills : Master’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration or other related fields; 10+ years work experience as HR Manager and/or managerial positions; preferable with international corporates; Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,  High integrity, governance mindset, and service orientation
