Chaleun Sekong Energy Co., Ltd is a growing energy provider dedicated to delivering reliable power to communities in Laos. As a Power Plant Safety Engineer, you will play a direct role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our facilities, protecting both our team and the surrounding environment. Your work will help prevent incidents and build a strong safety culture across all plant activities.

In this role, you will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of plant equipment and processes. Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams, you will identify hazards and recommend practical solutions to improve safety performance. You will also lead safety training sessions and maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory standards and company policies. Your engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or energy systems will allow you to understand the technical nuances of power generation and translate that into effective safety measures.
