Compensation and Benefits Executive

At Fina Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution, you will take ownership of designing and managing the reward systems that attract and retain the people who power our inclusive financial services. This role directly shapes how our employees feel valued, ensuring that every team member is fairly recognised for their contribution to serving communities across Laos. Working within the HR team, you will be the go-to person for all matters related to salary benchmarking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

You will work closely with department heads to review compensation structures, conduct market analyses, and propose adjustments that keep us competitive while maintaining financial sustainability. Beyond numbers, you will handle the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, from health insurance and leave policies to pensions and allowances. Your attention to detail will ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labour laws.

This role also involves supporting broader HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and contributing to staff engagement initiatives. You will bring a practical understanding of how compensation packages impact motivation and retention, and you will be comfortable explaining policies clearly to colleagues at all levels.
