You will take ownership of salary benchmarking, pay scale development, and annual review cycles, ensuring our packages remain both fair and motivating. Beyond numbers, you will evaluate and refine benefits schemes—from health coverage to wellness initiatives—so they genuinely meet the needs of a diverse workforce. You will also collaborate with HR colleagues on payroll administration, policy updates, and compliance with Lao labor regulations. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you interpret market data, model costs, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
