Consultant – KAP Survey Analysis

The Centre Infectiology Lao – Christophe Merieux (CILM) is seeking a national consultant to lead the analysis of a Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) survey, contributing directly to evidence-based public health decision-making in Laos. This role is central to translating raw data into actionable insights that will inform ongoing disease prevention and health promotion strategies across the country. You will be responsible for the full analytical cycle, from cleaning and validating survey datasets to performing statistical analysis and interpreting findings in the context of local health systems. Working closely with CILM’s research team, you will prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate trends and recommendations to stakeholders, including partner INGOs and government agencies. Your work will help bridge the gap between field data and real-world interventions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in KAP survey analysis, strong proficiency in statistical software (such as SPSS, Stata, or R), and a solid understanding of public health research methodologies. Familiarity with Lao health contexts and the ability to synthesize complex data for non-technical audiences will be highly valued. You should be comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary team.
