In this role, you will take ownership of a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from managing recruitment and compensation processes to overseeing benefit administration and providing secretarial assistance to senior leaders. You will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring that documentation, communication, and operational workflows are consistent and aligned with company policies. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential as you handle everything from onboarding new staff to scheduling meetings and maintaining confidential records. You will also be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, working closely with team members to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
