Korea Visa Application Center is the trusted service partner for Korean visa processing in Laos. As a Counter Services & Operations team member, you will be the first and most important point of contact for applicants, ensuring their experience is smooth, respectful, and efficient. Your role directly impacts the center’s reputation for accuracy and good service, while also supporting the broader operational workflow from document check to data entry. You will handle reception duties, verify application documents against requirements, and guide clients through the submission process. A calm and courteous manner is essential, as you will manage a range of customer inquiries and resolve minor issues on the spot. Beyond service, you will identify opportunities to offer additional services such as courier or premium processing, contributing to the center’s business development goals. Attention to detail is critical, as each application must be correctly logged and processed in line with Korean embassy standards. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills in Lao and basic English, who enjoys working in a structured yet people-focused environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is valued, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude matter more. You will receive full training on visa categories and our operational systems, and be supported by a collaborative team. This role offers the chance to grow within an international service organization, developing expertise in consular operations and client management while contributing to a vital service for the Lao community.
