Position Title: Credit Sales Manager Department: Credit Management Report to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Commercial) Location: Lao Bullion Bank, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR Business group: Banking Job Summary The Credit Sales Manager is responsible for driving credit product sales, expanding the customer base, and managing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, evaluating customer needs, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned credit sales targets. Promote and sell the bank’s credit products and financial services to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase loan portfolio growth. Conduct customer visits and provide financial solutions based on customer needs. Coordinate with the Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on loan repayment performance. Ensure all credit applications comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare sales reports, portfolio analysis, and market feedback for management review. Lead, coach, and support sales team members to improve performance and productivity. Participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, and business development activities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in credit sales, banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of credit products, lending procedures, and banking regulations. Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English and Lao communication skills.
