NTPC is currently looking for motivated and qualified candidates interested in the following: Position:  Electrical Engineer  Workplace:  Sangkeo Village, Gnommalath District, Khammouane Province Application Submission Deadline:   17 June 2026   Job Purpose: We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support construction, maintenance, and improvement projects. The role involves electrical design, technical troubleshooting, contractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.   Key Responsibilities: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and procedures Prepare work procedures and Job Hazard & Environmental Assessments Provide technical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and solutions for electrical systems Design electrical systems and perform calculations for new projects Prepare bidding documents, Terms of Reference, and support contractor selection Supervise site work, verify quality, and report progress Support maintenance, upgrades, and improvement projects Prepare and update as-built drawings Monitor equipment obsolescence and propose solutions Manage spare parts and electrical component inventories (generators, turbines, substations, SCADA, etc.) Provide support for concession agreement projects and inspections Share knowledge and support training for team members and interns   Competency Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience (hydropower is a plus) Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems Good English and computer skills Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills   How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit your cover letter, CV, education, and employment certificate to this link:  https://hr.namtheun2.com/jobportal
