As an Engineer in Control Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant’s automated processes. Your work will involve designing, programming, and maintaining control systems that directly impact safety, productivity, and overall equipment performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and maintenance, to troubleshoot issues, optimize control logic, and implement upgrades. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial networking. Your input will help shape long-term asset integrity strategies and support our transition to more advanced automation. Every day, you will face technical challenges that demand precise problem-solving and a methodical approach. From configuring new instrumentation to fine-tuning process variables, your contributions will ensure seamless coordination between field instruments and central control rooms. Your ability to interpret electrical schematics and process flow diagrams will be essential.
