Xekong Thermal Power Plant Co., Ltd is seeking an Environmental Supervisor to play a key role in the responsible operation of our facility. In this position, you will oversee environmental compliance and performance, ensuring our thermal power plant meets all regulatory standards and corporate sustainability goals. Your work will directly support the safe and efficient generation of power for the Xekong region, balancing operational needs with environmental stewardship. As Environmental Supervisor, you will conduct regular inspections, monitor emissions and waste management systems, and coordinate with engineering teams to implement best practices in health, safety, and environmental management. You will also lead training sessions for plant staff, promote a culture of environmental awareness, and prepare reports for both internal and regulatory bodies. Your expertise will help identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our environmental programs. To thrive in this role, you bring a solid background in engineering with a focus on health, safety, and environmental disciplines. You are comfortable communicating across departments, have strong problem-solving skills, and are committed to upholding high standards in a demanding industrial setting. Experience in power generation or similar heavy industry is valued.
