As our Executive Manager, you will shape the strategic direction of the cooperative, ensuring that every decision strengthens our farmers, our product, and our position in both domestic and international markets. This is a role for someone who sees coffee not just as a commodity, but as a means of building sustainable livelihoods and community resilience. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiency, and oversee everything from supply chain and quality control to market expansion and stakeholder relations. Your ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day management will be essential as you guide the cooperative through growth phases, regulatory landscapes, and evolving consumer trends. Strong communication and leadership skills are key, as you will represent Vanmai to partners, government bodies, and buyers alike.
