Executive Manager

Vanmai Coffee Cooperative is a grower-led organization committed to bringing high-quality Lao coffee from the Bolaven Plateau to markets across the region and beyond. As the cooperative grows its membership, processing capacity, and export relationships, strong leadership at the executive level is essential to keeping operations aligned and moving forward.

The Executive Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the cooperative, working closely with the board and member representatives to translate strategic goals into practical outcomes. This includes overseeing financial management, production planning, supply chain coordination, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring that every part of the organization works together effectively.

A key part of this role is representing VCC with external partners, including buyers, government bodies, development organizations, and certification agencies. The Executive Manager will build and maintain these relationships with professionalism and integrity, always keeping the interests of the cooperative's members at the center of decisions.

The ideal candidate brings proven general management experience, ideally within the agricultural, cooperative, or agribusiness sector. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work across different levels of the organization, from field staff and processing teams to board members and international partners.
