FACILITES TECHNICIAN Perform daily inspection of the cooling tower, air compressors, air conditioners and all facility related equipment in the factory to ensure that they are functioning properly for normal operation without fail. Perform daily recording of the electrical and water consumption. Carry out facility preventive maintenance work as per the schedule to minimize operational downtime. Perform trouble-shooting and ad-hoc rectification of facility equipment during breakdown. Monitor external vendor / contractor’s performance to ensure that the works are being executed properly as planned and in accordance with the company’s requirement. Carry out minor plumbing and painting works as and when required. Perform ad-hoc simple electrical repair and installation work when required. Test and record fire related equipment per schedule to ensure normal functioning. Replace and repair locking system SUCH AS doors, filing cabinets, lockers, etc when necessary. Requires to observe safety regulation at all times when performing duties. Require to stand by 24/7 and willing to work Saturday/Sunday and Public holidays. To perform any other duties as duly assigned by the Snr Facility Engineer and/or Plant Manager. ວິຊາການເຕັກນິກປະຈຳອາຄານມີໜ້າທີ່ ແລະ ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບດັ່ງນີ້: ກວດກາຫໍລະບາຍຄວາມຮ້ອນ, ເຄື່ອງອັດອາກາດ, ເຄື່ອງປັບອາກາດ ແລະ ອຸປະກອນທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງທັງໝົດໃນໂຮງງານທຸກໆມື້ ເພື່ອຮັບປະກັນວ່າອຸປະກອນເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນເຮັດວຽກຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງ ແລະ ຕໍ່ເນື່ອງໂດຍບໍ່ມີບັນຫາ. ບັນທຶກການໃຊ້ໄຟຟ້າ ແລະ ນ້ຳປະຈຳວັນ. ປະຕິບັດວຽກງານບຳລຸງຮັກສາລະບົບການປ້ອງກັນສະຖານທີ່ຕາມຕາຕະລາງເວລາ ເພື່ອຫຼຸດຜ່ອນເວລາຢຸດເຮັດວຽກໃຫ້ໜ້ອຍທີ່ສຸດ. ປະຕິບັດການແກ້ໄຂບັນຫາ ແລະ ສ້ອມແປງອຸປະກອນໃນໂຮງງານເມື່ອເກີດການເປ່ເພ. ຕິດຕາມການປະຕິບັດງານຂອງຜູ້ຮັບເໝົາພາຍນອກ ເພື່ອຮັບປະກັນການປະຕິບັດວຽກງານຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມແຜນການ ແລະ ສອດຄ່ອງກັບຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງບໍລິສັດ. ດຳເນີນການສ້ອມແປງ ແລະ ທາສີເລັກນ້ອຍຕາມຄວາມຈຳເປັນ. ດຳເນີນການສ້ອມແປງ ແລະ ຕິດຕັ້ງໄຟຟ້າແບບງ່າຍໆຕາມຄວາມຈຳເປັນ. ທົດສອບ ແລະ ບັນທຶກອຸປະກອນທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບລະບົບດັບເພີງຕາມກຳນົດເວລາເພື່ອຮັບປະກັນການເຮັດວຽກປົກກະຕິ. ປ່ຽນ ແລະ ສ້ອມແປງລະບົບລັອກ ເຊັ່ນ: ປະຕູ, ຕູ້ເອກະສານ, ຕູ້ລັອກເກີ, ແລະອື່ນໆ ເມື່ອຈຳເປັນ. ຕ້ອງປະຕິບັດຕາມລະບຽບການຄວາມປອດໄພຕະຫຼອດເວລາເມື່ອປະຕິບັດໜ້າທີ່. ຕ້ອງພ້ອມທີ່ຈະປະຕິບັດວຽກງານຕະຫຼອດ 24ຊົ່ວໂມງໃນ1ອາທິດ ແລະ ເຕັມໃຈເຮັດວຽກວັນເສົາ/ວັນອາທິດ ແລະ ວັນພັກລັດຖະການ. ປະຕິບັດໜ້າທີ່ອື່ນໆຕາມທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບມອບໝາຍຈາກວິສະວະກອນອາວຸໂສປະຈຳໂຮງງານ ແລະ/ຫຼື ຜູ້ຈັດການໂຮງງານ.
