The Finance Operations role is responsible for managing daily financial activities, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting payment operations, monitoring transactions, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily finance and operational activities, including payments, invoicing, reconciliation, and expense tracking. Coordinate with banks and non-bank partners to verify transaction statuses. Assist the merchant/customer support team with daily payment transaction inquiries. Prepare financial reports, operational summaries, and budget tracking reports. Ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain proper documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries. Support the implementation and improvement of finance operational processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Business units, Finance team including HQ. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, payment operations, or related functions. Strong understanding of financial processes and operational workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in banking, fintech, payment services, or the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
