As a Fleet Planner, you will directly ensure that our transportation network runs smoothly and efficiently, managing the movement of goods from production to distribution across the country. Your work will keep our supply chain reliable and our business moving forward. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, optimizing routes to reduce costs and delivery times, and monitoring driver performance and compliance. You will work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to align vehicle availability with production and customer demand, using data to improve planning accuracy and fleet utilization. You bring strong organizational and analytical skills, with a solid foundation in accounting, taxation, and audit principles. Your experience with general accounting and credit control means you can handle the financial side of fleet management, from fuel tracking and maintenance budgets to reporting on cost performance. You are comfortable with numbers and can communicate clearly with drivers and management alike.
