JOB DESCRIPTION   Perform underground investigation on tunnel drives by mapping rock structures, joints and presence of geologic faults and groundwater including sampling the strength of rocks Analyze collected data and design tunnel rock supports to be used i.e. Steel Sets, wiremesh, rockbolts, etc. Conduct geological modelling, provide engineering recommendations and risk assessment on underground tunnel drives Prepare technical reports, drawings and specifications. Monitor daily tunneling works for compliance with geotechnical plans.
