GRET is an international development organization working to promote sustainable agriculture and rural livelihoods across Laos. In this role, you will support field projects focused on smallholder farmers, natural resource management, and community-based forestry. You will be involved in coordinating with local partners, gathering and analyzing data, and contributing to reports that guide program decisions. Your work will directly help strengthen food security and income opportunities for rural communities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, monitoring project activities, and ensuring alignment with national agricultural policies. This position offers a chance to collaborate with diverse teams and gain hands-on experience in the agriculture and forestry sectors. We are looking for someone with a background in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, or a related field. Practical experience in community development and familiarity with rural Laos is an advantage, but we also value a willingness to learn and adapt to field conditions.
