Role Purpose: Provide medical health care and wellbeing support for employees by implementing best practices, maintaining a positive work environment, and promoting employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine health check-ups, pre-employment exams, and periodic screenings. Provide primary care for work-related injuries/illnesses, treatment, referrals, and evaluate effectiveness. Monitor and manage occupational health hazards; advise on prevention and ergonomics. Deliver ergonomics training and promote responsible consumption. Design and implement health promotion programs (nutrition, exercise, stress management). Act as first responder in workplace emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records and generate health reports. Ensure compliance with health laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Qualifications: Medical or public health degree from an accredited institution. 2–3 years of health/hospital experience. Good communication in English & Lao. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills; knowledge of ergonomics, occupational health, and regulations. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
