The Graduate Program is designed to identify and develop the next generation of business leaders, giving talented fresh graduates the foundation, exposure, and mentorship needed to build a meaningful career in a world-class organization.

As a Graduate Program participant, you will rotate across core business functions with a focus on finance and accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes, while also supporting recruitment and HR operations as the business continues to grow. Each rotation is structured to build both technical competence and a broader understanding of how a large-scale brewery operates from the ground up.

You will work closely with experienced managers and functional leads who will guide your development throughout the program. Assignments are practical and meaningful — you will contribute to real projects, not just observe them. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions and take ownership will serve you well in this environment.

Candidates should hold a recent degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. A working knowledge of accounting principles is essential, and any prior internship experience in finance or HR will be an advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt across different teams and work styles are equally important.
