As an HR Business Partner, you will be essential in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, directly impacting the efficiency and culture of our operations in Laos and beyond. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, guiding them on everything from workforce planning and talent acquisition to employee relations and performance management. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages, and oversee day-to-day administrative and clerical support functions. Your work will also involve acting as a bridge between management and staff, handling confidential matters with discretion, and providing secretarial support when needed. By strengthening our HR processes, you will help create a more responsive, people-focused workplace where teams can thrive. We are looking for someone with a solid background in HR operations, particularly in recruitment and compensation. Your ability to think strategically while managing the details of administration will be key to succeeding in this position.
