Diepvu Laos is looking for an HR Officer to help shape the team that powers our growing operations across the country. You will play a key role in everything from finding the right talent to ensuring employees feel supported and fairly compensated. This is an opportunity to build the people side of a dynamic company while working closely with leadership. Your day-to-day will include managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will oversee compensation and benefits administration, maintain employee records, and handle clerical and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Supporting management with secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations will also be part of your remit. We value someone who brings strong organizational skills and a practical approach to problem solving. You should be comfortable working with people at all levels and able to balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Experience in HR or administration is essential, and familiarity with recruitment or payroll processes will set you apart.
