You will also handle employee records, payroll coordination, and office administration, acting as the primary contact for clerical and secretarial support across the team. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will help shape our HR policies and practices as the company grows. Your ability to communicate clearly and handle sensitive matters with discretion will be essential.
