With the constant growth of the company, we are actively locating the talents who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career as below: IT Applications Officer   Key Responsibilities: Assist IT Manager in the implementation and change request (CR) of IT system supports for the Company in line with the global IT policy; Closely work with users and IT solution providers (Manufacturer side & ERP provider) for software & hardware problems, troubleshooting and other potential solutions; Assist users in providing procedural documentation and relevant reports through DMS (Distributor/Dealer Management System), Yana, etc.; Be in charge of web system for service tickets as applications issues; Support dealers and distributors with the roll-out of new applications; Create/Maintain user accounts and keep users updated for staffs in TLAO with Technosoft Yana, etc.; Respond to calls and e-mails from users when reporting application problems and/or requesting assistance; Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Manager.   Required knowledge and skills: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or other relevant degrees; Experienced in IT Applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, is highly desirable; Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, and a service mind; and Good knowledge of English skill.
