Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy & Management Implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives and Toyota Group standards Ensure strong IT governance, policies, and internal controls Manage IT risks, cybersecurity, and data protection practices Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and audit requirements   IT Application & Systems Management Lead implementation and management of IT applications and systems  Manage change requests (CR) and system enhancements  Ensure system performance, usability, and lifecycle management  Support business functions with appropriate IT solutions  Lead development/support of business systems, web applications and/or Mobile applications   IT Infrastructure & Operations Ensure reliable IT infrastructure (network, server, devices, systems) Monitor system uptime, network performance and data security Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software Ensure business continuity and minimal downtime, especially for operations Manage user accounts: Email, Active Directory and Business systems Ensure proper access control, user provisioning, and de-provisioning Support employee onboarding/offboarding (IT readiness)  Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs and System documentation IT Service Management & Support Manage IT helpdesk / ticketing system for both application & infrastructure Ensure timely resolution of user issues (systems and infrastructure) Maintain high service quality and user satisfaction Act as escalation point for complex IT issues Collaborate with users to provide effective solutions   Others Manage IT budget and cost control Coordinate with vendors for System implementation, maintenance and support Ensure cost-effective procurement of IT solutions and services Required knowledge and skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing or corporate environment Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, Network and security management Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple pri orities
