Lao Brewery Company Limited, the country’s leading brewer and a vital part of Laos’ industrial landscape, is seeking a Packaging Innovation Specialist to drive the evolution of its packaging systems. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of new packaging materials, formats, and processes that enhance product quality, sustainability, and consumer experience. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of production lines and the environmental footprint of our operations. You will manage end-to-end engineering projects, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring they align with both operational goals and rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, procurement, and quality—you will identify opportunities for innovation in packaging design and machinery. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and project management skill, as you will coordinate timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships to deliver measurable improvements. Success in this role depends on your ability to navigate complex manufacturing environments while maintaining a clear focus on safety and compliance.
