Role Summary Responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. Lead daily activities, manage warehouse labor providers, and ensure on-time service and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Ensure safe working conditions for employees and suppliers; follow company and local safety rules. Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, loading). Plan manpower, space, and equipment to meet daily and weekly workload. Monitor productivity, overtime, and loading/unloading delays. Ensure inventory accuracy, FEFO, expiry date control, and regular stock counts. Manage warehouse logistics service providers (LSPs) and daily labor performance. Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate basic repairs. Track warehouse performance and report key issues and improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in administrations, management. Good English communication skills. Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working on the shopfloor and leading teams. Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus. Knowledge of SAP / ERP / Warehouse Management systems is a plus.
