Collaborating with other departments, you will plan preventive maintenance and oversee project installations, ensuring all work meets industry standards and company policies. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance. This position requires solid hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on supervisory duties. You should be comfortable reading technical drawings, managing inventory, and training junior staff.
