Officer, Claim ( Non- Motor)

FORTE-TOKO LAO ASSURANCE CO., LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Officer, Claim (Non-Motor) to manage the lifecycle of non-motor insurance claims. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for policyholders and brokers, ensuring that claims are processed accurately, fairly, and in line with company guidelines. Your work will directly support customer trust and satisfaction, which is essential to our reputation as a leading insurer in Laos.

You will review claim documentation, investigate incidents, and determine the appropriate settlement amounts. Collaboration with our network of assessors, repair shops, and legal professionals will be part of your daily routine. You will also maintain detailed records and communicate decisions clearly to all parties involved. Your ability to analyze information and make sound judgments will help minimize risk while delivering a fair outcome for our clients.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of insurance principles. Experience in claims handling, underwriting, or as an insurance agent or broker is highly valued. You are organized, can manage multiple claims at once, and are comfortable explaining complex policy terms in simple language. Proficiency in Lao and English, along with standard office software skills, will help you succeed in this role.
