MMG Business Services Lao Co. Ltd is seeking an Officer for Global Payroll to join our team in Vientiane. This role is central to ensuring that our international workforce is compensated accurately and on time, directly contributing to the trust and satisfaction of our employees across borders. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of payroll principles, preferably with exposure to global or multi-country payroll environments. Strong numeracy, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel are essential. You are organized, proactive, and able to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Experience in HR administration, including benefits and record-keeping, will support your success.
