OHSE Executive

The OHSE Executive plays a central role in keeping that operation safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible — protecting both the people on the factory floor and the communities around it.

In this position, you will develop, implement, and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental programs across the company's facilities. Drawing on your engineering background, you will conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify hazards and put effective controls in place. Your understanding of mechanical and electrical systems will allow you to engage meaningfully with technical staff and ensure that equipment and processes meet the required safety standards.

You will also take an active role in engineering project management, reviewing new installations and modifications from an OHSE perspective before they go live. This includes evaluating energy use and natural resource consumption, supporting the company's efforts to reduce its environmental footprint in line with local regulations and internal sustainability targets.

Collaboration is a core part of the role. You will deliver safety training, lead drills and audits, maintain accurate documentation, and liaise with government authorities and external auditors when required. Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach will serve you well in building a safety-conscious culture at every level of the organisation.
