Unicore Logistics is a fast-growing logistics provider in Laos, and as an Operation Officer you will be at the center of our daily operations, ensuring that every shipment moves smoothly from order to delivery. Your work directly supports the growing e-commerce and supply chain sectors, helping businesses and customers receive their goods reliably and on time. You will coordinate between warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to streamline workflows and resolve any operational issues. This includes overseeing order processing, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your attention to detail will be key in identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements that increase efficiency. Because e-commerce and supply chain are constantly evolving, you will also collaborate with product and business teams on small projects, such as integrating new software tools or refining standard operating procedures. A background in marketing or product management will help you understand customer needs and translate them into practical operational solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with data, enjoys problem-solving, and can communicate clearly with colleagues across departments. If you have experience with e-commerce platforms or logistics software, that will be an advantage, but a willingness to learn and adapt is just as important.
