We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position: Position: Operations and Support Property, Team Member Responsibility: Operations Support 1. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. 2. Prepare operational reports, management papers, meeting minutes, correspondence, and regulatory submissions. 3. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support licensing, branch setup, and corporate administration matters. 4. Provide backup support for Banking Operations and Finance functions as required. 5. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Property Administration & General Support 1. Support the administration and maintenance of the Bank’s premises, non-IT assets, tenancy agreements, licenses, and insurance. 2. Coordinate building maintenance, renovation works, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. 3. Support branches on property-related matters and attend to operational emergencies when required. 4. Assist with marketing communication activities, promotional materials, signage, and general administrative responsibilities. Requirements: Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within the banking industry Banking operations & administration knowledge. Understanding of banking products, services, transactions and delivery channels.
