As a Packaging Line Leader, you will take ownership of one of our high-speed production lines, ensuring that every bottle, can, or pack meets our exacting quality and safety standards. Your leadership directly impacts operational efficiency and product consistency, keeping our shelves stocked and our customers satisfied. You will oversee a team of operators and technicians, coordinating shift activities to maximize throughput while minimizing downtime. This means managing line changeovers, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting issues in real time. Your ability to guide your team through daily challenges, enforce standard operating procedures, and maintain a safe working environment is essential. You will also collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to optimize line performance and reduce waste. Your hands-on approach and clear communication will be the backbone of a smooth-running, high-output operation. We are looking for someone with experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within packaging or FMCG. You understand the mechanics of packaging lines and the importance of preventative maintenance. Leadership experience is a plus, but we also value candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to continuous improvement.
