Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring our plant operations and expansion projects are executed efficiently and on schedule, directly contributing to the region’s energy stability and economic development. You will be the bridge between engineering teams and project goals, using your expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronics disciplines to coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets.

Your day-to-day work will involve developing and monitoring detailed project schedules, identifying potential risks, and proposing practical solutions to keep work on track. You will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and management to align technical tasks with overall project milestones, drawing on your strong project management skills to optimize workflows and mitigate delays. This role offers the chance to apply your engineering background in a practical, results-driven environment where your planning directly shapes outcomes.

We are looking for someone with solid technical foundations—whether in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering—and proven experience managing complex timelines in energy or natural resources. You should be comfortable using planning software and tools, and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
