Procurement Supervisor

Petroleum Trading Lao Public Company is a leading force in Laos’s fuel and energy sector, and as Procurement Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective supply of goods and services across our operations. Your work directly supports our ability to maintain reliable fuel distribution and uphold safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the procurement manager, you will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for a range of materials, equipment, and services. This involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll also monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with operational needs.

Your skills in procurement and sourcing will be essential for building strong supplier relationships and driving value. You will review contracts, track market trends, and recommend improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical as you maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in purchasing or merchandising, a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to communicate clearly with vendors and colleagues. Familiarity with Lao and regional markets is a plus, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving.
