AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is the world's largest nonprofit provider of HIV/AIDS medical care, operating programs across 45 countries to ensure access to lifesaving treatment and prevention services. As a Program Officer, you will play a direct role in advancing this mission by coordinating and supporting key initiatives within our Laos operations. Your work will ensure that resources, partnerships, and activities align with AHF’s strategic goals, contributing to stronger health outcomes for the communities we serve. In this hands-on role, you will oversee day-to-day program implementation, from planning and budgeting to monitoring deliverables against timelines. You will collaborate closely with local health partners, government agencies, and internal teams to streamline reporting, track impact metrics, and identify areas for program improvement. Your ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication will be central to AHF’s effectiveness on the ground. We are looking for someone with proven experience in program management within an INGO or nonprofit setting, ideally with a background in coordinating complex initiatives. You should be comfortable working across diverse teams, building trust with stakeholders, and adapting quickly to evolving priorities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to AHF’s public health mission are essential for success in this post.
