Lao Brewery Company Limited (LBC) is the country’s leading brewer and one of the most established manufacturing companies in Laos. As a Project Engineer, you will take ownership of critical capital projects that sustain and improve our production operations, from new equipment installation to facility upgrades that drive efficiency and quality. In this role, you will manage projects from concept through to commissioning, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver on time and within budget. Your work will involve engineering design, procurement support, site supervision, and ensuring all installations meet safety and technical standards. A strong foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering is essential, as you will troubleshoot complex systems and propose practical solutions in a fast-paced production environment. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and quality assurance teams, allowing you to see the direct impact of your projects on daily output and long-term capacity. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving and wants to contribute to a company that values consistency and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field, combined with proven experience in managing engineering projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
