We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our new setup. This role is to provide recruitment and administrative support for the operation. Key Responsibilities Manage job postings, candidate selection, scheduling and interview. Maintain and update records, databases and filing systems. Prepare contracts, payroll documentation and reports under supervision. Support workforce deployment logistics and liaise with clients for routine updates. Office administration tasks including correspondence, meeting arrangements and supply management. Provide first-line support for employee inquiries. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and administrative processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field. At least 3 years of administrative or HR support experience. Familiar with MS Office. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
