At Lao Brewery Company Limited, the Returnable Material Planner plays a key role in the efficient cycle of packaging and materials that keeps our operations running smoothly. This position is vital for maintaining the availability of returnable assets—such as bottles, crates, and kegs—ensuring they are collected, washed, and redistributed in a timely manner to support production and customer deliveries. You will work closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to balance inventory levels and minimize downtime. Your day-to-day involves monitoring returnable material flows, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers, and analyzing usage patterns to forecast needs. You will resolve discrepancies in stock counts, optimize collection schedules, and manage data in our inventory systems to track material movements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements. We value practical experience in logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations, along with familiarity with ERP or inventory planning tools. Clear communication and the ability to work across teams are important, as you will liaise with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless material returns.
