Lao Tobacco Limited, a leading name in the local market, is seeking a Sales Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will directly support the company’s commercial operations by managing the financial aspects of sales transactions, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and maintaining strong credit control processes. Your work will be key to keeping our sales and finance functions aligned, enabling smooth cash flow and informed business decisions. You will handle the full cycle of sales accounting, from invoicing and payment reconciliation to managing customer accounts and credit limits. This includes preparing monthly sales reports, analyzing variances, and coordinating with the sales team to resolve discrepancies. You will also assist with general accounting duties, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors during periodic reviews. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in accounting and taxation, with hands-on experience in credit control and audit processes in a corporate environment. You are thorough with numbers, comfortable using accounting software, and capable of managing multiple deadlines without compromising accuracy. A relevant degree in accounting or finance is expected, along with proficiency in Lao and English.
