Asia Investment, Development and Construction Sole LTD., (AIDC) is a leading player in the region’s infrastructure and energy sectors, and we are seeking a Senior Legal Officer to help ensure our operations remain fully compliant and legally sound. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on complex regulatory matters, contract negotiations, and risk management strategies that directly support our project execution and long-term growth across Laos and beyond. Your day-to-day will involve drafting and reviewing high-value agreements, advising on joint venture structures, and handling dispute resolution processes with external counsels. You will collaborate closely with project managers and finance teams to align legal strategies with business objectives, ensuring every decision is grounded in solid legal expertise. This position calls for a proactive professional who can interpret evolving laws and regulations, turning them into actionable guidance for the company. AIDC values precision and accountability, so you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key legal files from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings a law degree, a valid bar license, and at least five years of relevant experience, ideally within a corporate or construction law context.
