Establish and maintain country MEAL plan aligned with project results framework
Mentor and build capacity of project officers and government staff on data collection and analysis
Maintain Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT), Performance Indicator Reference Sheets (PIRS) and MEAL data in PRIME system
Plan and support baseline, midline and endline data collection activities
Develop and apply data collection tools including surveys, FGDs, quality-benchmark checklists
Ensure data entry, validation and disaggregation by sex, age, disability, ethnicity and location
Conduct data quality assurance and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
Establish and manage accessible, child- and disability-sensitive feedback and complaints response mechanisms
Record, categorise and follow up feedback and complaints within agreed timeframes
Generate evidence, case studies and learning briefs supporting reviews
Contribute MEAL data and country case studies to national dissemination workshops
Support rapid needs assessment and post-activation monitoring when Crisis Modifier is triggered
Regular travel to project sites
