Senior Mechanic Mobile

Xekong Power Plant Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanic Mobile to join our team at one of Laos’ key energy facilities. In this role, you will ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of mobile equipment critical to plant performance, directly supporting the production and safety goals of the organization.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling a range of heavy machinery, including excavators, dump trucks, and cranes, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical systems. Your work will involve collaborating with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and resolve complex technical issues on site.

This position demands strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical/electronics systems, as well as the ability to manage repair projects under tight timelines. You will also contribute to maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
